Il principale obiettivo di soddisfare le esigenze e le aspettative del Cliente ha indotto VITI srl ad introdurre dal 1997 un Sistema Qualitativo certificato conforme alla normativa di riferimento Uni En Iso 9002. In particolare il Sistema Qualità poggia sui seguenti principi generali:
